My boyfriend told me about the story in the first picture and I immediately pointed out the scene in Iron Man where Tony Stark comes home and asks for two things, a cheeseburger and a press conference. And in the press conference he shares that he has reevaluate his life. And wants to act on changing it immediately by shutting down all weapons manufacturing by Stark Industries. I am curious to know if this is an homage to RDJ’s epiphany or just a wonderful coincidence.

HEARTBREAKING, ISN’T IT?

I mean…she’s in pain and scared and Tony is the one person she calls on, the one person she wants to see. The one person she can believe will help her feel better and heal her pain. Shows just how much she loves and needs him. All she wants is Tony.

Then there’s Tony’s heartbreaking flinch when he sees Pepper saying those words and the amount of pain she’s in. He’s crushed because the woman he loves most, the woman he promised to protect, is being held captive, being injecting with a virus that could make her explode, and in excruciating pain, and he can’t get to her. She’s calling for him, but he can’t help her. All he wants, too, is Pepper. To protect her and be with her. He’ll stop at nothing to keep her safe. He proved that in this movie, especially at the end.

THE FEELS! This movie showed just how perfect they are for one another. How far they have come, how in love they truly are and how much they want and need each other. PEPPERONY FOREVER!
